Global Health Family Practice and Research recognizes that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we understand that changes to scheduled appointments may be necessary. However, please be aware that these changes affect not only our healthcare providers but also other patients who depend on timely access to our services. The time and resources of our clinical team—including physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff—are highly valuable. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the following policies:
You may reschedule your appointment once without incurring any charges, provided that you give at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Requests to reschedule made after this period will be subject to the following terms.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, formal written notice or notification by phone must be provided at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. We do not make exceptions to this policy. If proper notice is not given, a nonrefundable cancellation fee of $50 will apply, which will be retained by Global Health Family Practice and Research.
In the event of a same-day cancellation, whether due to personal reasons or medical circumstances, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. You may reschedule your appointment once the fee is paid in full.

Delays in receiving these items could result in a postponement of your appointment due to scheduling limitations.
It is crucial that all information provided to our office is complete and accurate, especially regarding health conditions, allergies, and medications. Failure to disclose important medical information, such as a known allergy or chronic condition, may result in the rescheduling of your appointment and may be subject to cancellation fees.
